We are encouraging colleagues both clinical and  non-clinical to share their views and give feedback on how wellbeing can be improved across the region.

The Big Conversation has already gone live and is a unique opportunity to openly engage our people in a conversation around wellbeing. The next 500 people who share their views will be given a free Costa coffee voucher.
