Time to talk day: 3 February
February 2, 2022
Time to Talk is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation and Thursday 3 February marks the day people across the country get together to encourage openness about mental health. Friends, families, communities and workplaces are encouraged to talk, listen, and change lives.
One in four of us will experience a mental health problem in a given year and creating supportive communities where we can talk openly about mental health helps us feel empowered to seek help when we need it.
Here at the Trust, we value and champion positive physical and mental wellbeing across our workforce. For you or someone you know, a simple conversation could be the key to getting the right help and support.
To access free, confidential counselling sessions, contact occupational health on 0121 507 3306. Our counsellors are trained to help with a wide range of issues and problems within the workplace and in your personal life. The service is completely confidential. You do not need to leave your name with occupational health if you don’t want to, just your contact telephone number. So if you need someone to talk to, get in touch with our counselling service.
Note: There are also a range other support services which you can be directed to as appropriate.
