Complaint training session: 24 November

A complaint training session has been arranged to take place on the below date:

  • Wednesday 24 November, 12pm – 1.30pm

The training will cover the Trust’s expectations if you are contacted by the complaints team and complaint regulations all colleagues need to be aware of.

Note: Further dates will be scheduled for 2022.
