Yoga at Sandwell and City

Yoga classes with Laura are now at the Berridge room, Sandwell Courtyard Gardens, every Monday, 4.45pm – 5.45pm.

Yoga classes have also been introduced at City gym every Thursday, 4.45pm – 5.45pm.
