Change in oral mouth care swabs colour to green

The Trust have now moved from pink oral care swabs to green oral swabs .

The aim is to reduce safety concerns regarding foam heads on the swabs that may detach from the stick during use as this may present a choking hazard for patients.

All pink swabs can be collected and sent to the supplies department once you have placed your order for the green swab.

The new order code for the green swab is FPA664.
