Transfusion practitioner team survey

The transfusion practitioner team are encouraging all nurses, doctors, midwives and allied health professionals to complete a short survey regarding the transfusion practitioner team that will allow them to improve the service.

The aim of the survey is to find out how much colleagues know about our transfusion practitioner team and more importantly, the services they provide.
