Could you be the next vice-chair of our LGBTQ+ Network?

Are you a colleague who self-defines as being lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender, or perhaps an ally of people who do? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Our staff network is going through an exciting transformation, and we’re looking for a dynamic, committed and open-minded colleague to help us drive our agenda forward.

Currently, we’re planning for 2021 and beyond. It is an exciting time to join us – you’ll have a direct input on our network, our events and how we plan to shape and promote our network.

 So what will the role of vice-chair involve?

This is a dynamic role that can help influence the work and policies of the organisation. It can help staff have a real voice in leading change. You will work with colleagues to help deliver our staff pledges and lead events to improve the experience of our LGBTQ+ colleagues.
