Maintenance affecting HIE Portal today, 3pm

There is an essential maintenance taking place today on the HIE portal in order for our supporting vendor Cerner to apply the latest enhancements for pathology results to display the correct results information in the HIE records.

This will result in the HIE Portal that displays Unity and GP information being unavailable for up to 1 hour from 3pm – 4pm today However, please be assured GPs have alternate means to view this the information via the ICE system. Trust clinicians only use HIE for supplementary GP information on occasions.
