PDR training courses and uncomfortable conversations training courses

PDR training is for managers who have never done PDR training before and need to complete PDRs with colleagues. It is available to book via ESR and is completed via a WebEx online meeting. Colleagues will be sent a link to complete the training via email.

Uncomfortable conversations training is mandatory for accredited managers and also open to all managers or aspiring managers across the organisation. If you go to ESR you can book a space by searching for the word ‘Accredited’ and will be sent a link.
