International Day of the Nurse celebration at Sandwell: 9 May

To celebrate International Day of the Nurse, our Chief Nurse, Paula Gardner, will be hosting a special event on 9 May in Room 15 in the Education Centre at Sandwell Hospital from 11am-2pm.

The event which is also set to coincide with National Day for Staff Networks, promises to showcase the achievements and successes of our staff networks as well as our nursing colleagues.

We’re encouraging all colleagues to come along and commemorate all the hard work of our nurses and our staff networks with the opportunity to educate and celebrate with refreshments also available on the day.
