Interim changes in HR support

We have made some temporary changes to the HR support you receive which have taken effect from 1 January 2021 (see table below). These arrangements will be in place until 31 March 2021 to allow for any decisions to be made on the future structure of the People and OD team, but also to allow some traction with the groups and enable ongoing work to be managed effectively.
