New ESR Service Desk

A new ESR service desk has been launched to replace the ESR helpdesk email account and mandatory training email account (MT Query).

As a result the ESR department phone lines will no longer take calls. However, you can now log a ticket through the SWBH IT service desk using the online portal. Select ESR service desk from the service catalog.
