Do you have a Homeless Patient on your Ward?

The Homeless Patient Pathway supports and safer discharges for homeless patients admitted to the Trust and cover City, Sandwell, Rowley Regis, and Leasowes Hospitals.

Patients who are identified as homeless are to be flagged on eBMS by setting the homeless flag as soon as possible.
