Pulse upgrade: Wednesday 30 October

There is a planned upgrade of Pulse on (Wednesday 30 October) between 6.45am – 7.15am. Pulse is the new remote access solution.

During this time period you will not be able to access Pulse, meaning you will not have access to internal systems or the shared drive.

For colleagues who are out and about in the community, please refer to your business continuity processes and print off anything you may need for your shift.

It is anticipated that Pulse will be operating as normal as soon as the upgrade is complete at 7.15am.
