NHS supply chain: Metal roll cages

We have been advised by NHSSC that there are a significant number of metal roll cages which have not been returned to them from our Trust. NHSSC roll cages are clearly marked with a metal plate advising they are the property of NHS supply chain or the metal strut has been embossed with these details.

The Trust does not own them and therefore they should be returned once the NHSSC products have been removed from them. The colleagues in our receipts and distribution centres will collect these on a daily basis so please have them ready for them.

Note: A “walk-about” will be taking place and any NHSSC roll cages found will be removed and returned to NHSSC.
