Abbey pain assessment tool for nurses

For measurement of pain in people who have communication difficulties (for example, due to dementia or delirium) a tool has been developed for nurses to help you look for non-verbal clues.
Note: It is not a measurement of the effectiveness of pain-relieving interventions and should be used a movement-based assessment only.
