Leadership conference: Our year 2018/19

Over 200 senior colleagues from our organisation spent the day sharing learning and developing future plans for the organisation at the Leadership Conference at the Bethel Convention Centre earlier this month.

The event focused on how we can work together on three key areas:

  • Embedding our welearn programme to become a Trust that shares learning effectively;
  • Looking ahead to the digital opportunities we can introduce to provide better patient care after Unity go-live; and
  • Delivering on the integrated care promises set out in our 2020 vision.
