Accredited line manager programme

We have approximately 750 line managers within our organisation and over half of them are already on their way to becoming ‘SWBH accredited managers’ and by the end of March 2018, every line manager will have been through our internal training programme.
Each manager will undertake five core modules in Year 1, which started in January this year and will run until the end of March, following which any new managers entering our organisation will also attend the accredited manager modules.
The five core accredited manager modules are:
- Module 1 – Aspiring to excellence PDR
- Module 2 – Managing health and wellbeing
- Module 3 – Recruiting and retaining talented people
- Module 4 – Managing your resources
- Module 5 – Managing your responsibilities
If you are a manager and you have not already completed or booked onto the accredited manager programme modules, please ensure you book on to a session before the end of March.
The training takes two days and each module is delivered in half a day. It is recommended that you complete modules 2 and 3 before 4 and 5. You should have already complete module 1- Aspiring to Excellence PDR, however if you are a manager of people and have not attended the training there are dates available until the end of March.
