Purple Points will go live next week

Our Purple Points will go live at next week allowing patients and relatives to call our Purple Point Team (in the Governance Support Unit) to raise any concerns they have.

They will be able to call on phones, which have been installed around all inpatient ward areas across our hospitals.

The Purple Point  phone line can be used to compliment staff and excellent care, and this will be fed back to you.

If you receive a call from our Purple Point team please respond so that they can begin to address concerns that are raised, leading to a safe and timely resolution.

It means we can make a difference at the time, rather than when they have gone home.

Purple Points will go live at Sandwell and Rowley Regis Hospitals on 27 February and at City on 28 February.
