Coaching opportunity for colleagues

The Trust is in the process of supporting some cohorts of colleagues to undertake a coaching qualification. As part of their programme they need to coach colleagues on a topic of their choice. One of the cohorts particularly needs to coach people at Band 7 and above.

If anyone is interested in receiving coaching and supporting our trainee coaches at the same time, please contact hayley.johnstone@nhs.net by 31 May.
