Would you like to find out about more about dementia services in Sandwell?

Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are hosting at open day on Wednesday 22 May, 10am-2pm in the Lighthouse at Edward Street Hospital where there will be a range of stalls with information about local dementia services.
