The Palliative Care Team are pleased to announce an upcoming training event ‘Caring for our Patients living with a Learning Disability or Dementia’.

The following date is available for this training –
Tuesday 28 May 2019 – 1:30pm – 3:30pm. Room 12/13, Education Centre, Sandwell General Hospital

This session is available to all registered nurses, medics and AHPs. Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please see the attached poster for more details.
