Talking Therapies: NHS services
Mental Health is a conversation that can be hard sometimes, especially finding the right person to talk to. NHS Talking therapies is a service provided for people over the aged of 18 who are suffering with anxiety and depression.
The services offered are:
- Talking therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling, other therapies, and guided self-help
- Help for common mental health problems, like anxiety and depression

If you are feeling worried, anxious, or simply need some support then the occupational health team are here for you.

What is Time to Talk Day?
Time to Talk Day focuses on Mental Health, breaking down the barriers of Mental health, and the importance of asking ‘ Are you ok?’ to a colleague or friend in need.

Lets get Physiotherapy!
Did you know that at the Trust we have a Musculoskeletal Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service who are here to support you and rehabilitate you after any work- related injuries.
The team can advise and educate you further to prevent injury to areas of the hospital with a high rate of musculoskeletal problems.
Clinics are run in the physiotherapy departments at Sandwell General Hospital (Lewisham Street) and City Hospital (1st floor, near A&E)
