IT issue affecting community staff accessing SystmOne, Badgernet, iPM (Lorenzo), ORMIS
We are currently experiencing an issue with the Direct Access server link used by remote working staff to connect to the Trust network.
A new server link is being commissioned as quickly as possible, however it will take the rest of the day today in order to get this back up and running.
The impact is to community staff using their own laptops, at non NHS locations (patient home, council owned properties, own home) to try and access these patient systems:
SystmOne, Badgernet, iPM (Lorenzo), ORMIS
These systems are available from our NHS properties, such as either hospital, and community locations we own, eg Lyng, Victoria HC, but an attempt to access from anywhere else will not work.
SystmOne Mobile users should not be affected, however the upload of their activity may be delayed today.
