Because of this, Mind have put together some useful resources for getting through the festive period.

Rhapsody Upgrade: Message from Mark Reynolds, Chief Informatics Officer
Over the past few weeks we have had problems with an IT system known as Rhapsody. The Rhapsody system allows other IT systems to connect. When it fails, patient information doesn’t flow across the Trust which has been disruptive for clinical colleagues.
Overnight on 9 Saturday/ 10 Sunday December we moved Rhapsody to new IT infrastructure in order to address the issue. This was followed up with further related work. We’ve monitored over the last few days and believe the problem is fully resolved.
If you have any issues please contact Informatics through x.4050 or Connect. We continue to work hard to give you great quality, reliable IT.
I’d like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and thank everyone for their support and efforts in getting this resolved.

Each day in the lead up to Christmas, we will be taking a look back at some of the Your Trust Charity highlights from this year.

As well as holding a number of bake sales, they also completed the Thames Bridges 55 mile bike ride challenge on 1 October.
